We are looking for a motivated Indoor Sales Representative to join our showroom team in Hurghada and help customers find the right furniture solutions for their homes. 

Responsibilities 

- Welcome customers and provide a professional and engaging showroom experience. 

- Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable furniture solutions. 

- Present and explain furniture products, features, materials, and available options clearly. 

- Assist customers throughout the purchasing journey, from product selection to order confirmation. 

- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards. 

- Prepare and process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the relevant departments. 

- Follow up with customers regarding orders, delivery, and product-related inquiries. 

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 

- Keep the showroom organized and ensure products are presented according to Smart Furniture standards. 

- Stay updated on new furniture collections, promotions, products, and company policies. 

Qualifications 

- Previous experience in furniture sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Good command of English. 

- Strong sales and negotiation skills. 

- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. 

- Well-organized and detail-oriented. 

- Ability to work effectively within a team. 

- Willingness to work on a shift basis. 

- Candidates residing in Hurghada.
