We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our showroom team in Cairo. 

Responsibilities 

- Welcome customers and create a professional, friendly, and engaging showroom experience. 

- Identify customer needs and understand their preferences, lifestyle, and budget. 

- Present and recommend suitable furniture products based on customer requirements. 

- Provide accurate information about product features, materials, dimensions, prices, and available options. 

- Guide customers throughout the sales process and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions. 

- Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets. 

- Prepare customer orders accurately and coordinate with the factory, warehouse, and relevant internal departments. 

- Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery, and product-related inquiries. 

- Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 

- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently. 

- Maintain the showroom’s appearance and ensure furniture displays meet company standards. 

- Stay informed about new collections, promotions, products, and sales policies. 

Qualifications 

- Previous experience in furniture sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

- Good command of English. 

- Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills. 

- Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude. 

- Well-organized and detail-oriented. 

- Solid computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

- Ability to work on a shift basis. 

- Cairo residents are preferred.
