Smart Furniture is Egypt’s largest furniture factory and one of the largest in the Middle East, producing 700–800 bedrooms per week, depending on design, material availability, and production schedule. With over 2,000 dedicated employees and 10,000 sq meter of factory space, we combine advanced technology, craftsmanship, and expertise to bring our unique vision to homes and businesses.We are proud Egyptian manufacturers. What is MDF?
MDF is a wood panel made of pine trees and their branches
Special adhesives are added the mixture is pressed & heated
The boards are then cut to the required sizes
MDF surface is completely smooth, its colors do not change over time
The wood is then cracked and chopped
In the next stage the plates are formed and compressed
Afterward, the outer layer coating is pressed
We import raw material from the E.U. to endure high quality
